Beyond the shoot

Bittescombe has been designed to ensure that every guest, whether shooting or not, feels fully part of the experience.

While the day unfolds in the field, the Lodge and estate offer a wide range of activities and spaces for those who prefer a different pace. Walking, riding, cycling and fishing are all readily available, while the surrounding Exmoor landscape invites further exploration.

Within the Lodge itself, the facilities provide an experience that rivals many standalone destinations. An indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym offer space to relax and unwind, while the cinema, games areas and social spaces create opportunities for entertainment and connection.

Wellness can also form part of the stay, with yoga, personal training and treatments arranged as required. For some, the focus may be on activity and exploration. For others, it may simply be on rest and recovery.
